Money Back and Refund Policy

For some reason if you're not getting the result which you want, Blindaze.com offer a 30-days money back policy for your purchased subscription. You'll get whatever you paid for your support. Within 30 days from the date of subscription, you can get a refund if you’re not completely satisfied.

Terms and Conditions for refund

  • If Technician or Expert failed to give you the exact resolution for your computer problem or any other service offered by the company, you will get your full refund.
  • If you didn’t get proper support within the next 48-72 hours of registering your complaint or any other computer problem, refund will be initiated.
  • If your subscription is older than 15 days from the date of registration, in such cases one time Technician fees will be deducted (which is mentioned on our website under the plans) and the rest of the money will be given back to you within next 4-5 Business working Days.
